Trinity Springs, a Cassia community, is hiring Caregivers to join our inclusive team in an Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. Your talents will be valued and supported here, and you’ll be part of a mission-driven team that makes a difference for residents and families.

We offer Full-Time or Part-Time positions with varying evenings shifts and a weekend rotation. Competitive pay scales for Assisted Living and Memory Care, plus shift differentials and generous benefits from Cassia.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving (CNA or HHA) experience preferred
• Ability to work weekends on a 2-week rotation
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred
• Provide person-centered care to residents

Responsibilities

• Provide residents' services based on service schedules/care plans.
• Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude for others.
• Answer help and pull cords in timely fashion and take appropriate action.
• Plan and complete duties with minimal direction from supervisor.
• Assist with personal care including shampooing hair, showering/bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Complete incident reports within scheduled shift.

As aCaregiverat Trinity Springs,you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being.This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. You will be working in our Assisted Living or Memory Care unit.

Positions Type:Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Available Shifts (Including every other weekend): Evenings:3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Part-Time or Full-Time)Memory Care or Assisted Living

Wage Range:

Assisted Living:$15 - $18.75 /hour depending on experience

Memory Care$15.50 - $19.30 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:

Evenings $1.00

Caregiver Responsibilities:
