Trinity Springs, a Cassia community, is seeking an Activities Assistant for a part-time 16-hour weekly schedule in Oxford, FL. The role focuses on planning and leading engaging activities for residents across our Assisted Living and Memory Care Unit, with some variation in shift timing.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in Memory Care and Assisted Living is a plus.
• Demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to display enthusiasm and a positive attitude in promoting activities.
• Creative aptitude for training in arts, crafts, and games.
• Good communication skills, including ability to give directions to others in a manner that is pleasant and easily understood.

Responsibilities

• Encourage, support, and assist residents with activities.
• Interact and assist residents on a one to one basis outside of structured program times.

As an Activities Assistantat Trinity Springs, you will use your creativity to conduct fun and exciting activities with our residents.Our ideal candidate is self-motivated with a genuine concern for our residents’ well-being, and has a creative personality and positive attitude who is a team player. Additionally, you will be working in both ourAssisted Living and Memory Care Unit!

Position Type: Part-Time, 16 hours per week working a varying schedule
Shifts Available:
Monday - Tuesday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with some variation based on scheduled events)
Wage Range:$15.00 - $17.93 / hour depending on experience

Activities Assistant Responsibilities:
