Trinity Springs, a Cassia community in Oxford, FL, is hiring Caregivers to provide person-centered care for residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care units. You will assist with ADLs, medication administration, and daily activities, delivering dignity and support with a compassionate team.

We offer full-time or part-time roles with evening shifts and a $1.00 shift differential. Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is preferred, with weekend rotation and a supportive,

Trinity Springs, a Cassia community, is hiring Caregivers to join our inclusive team in an Assisted Living and Memory Care settings!Your talents will be valued and supported here. As aCaregiverat Trinity Springs, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being.This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. You will be working in our Assisted Living or Memory Care unit.

Positions Type

Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Available Shifts (Including every other weekend)

Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Part-Time or Full-Time) Memory Care or Assisted Living

Wage Range

Assisted Living: $15 - $18.75 /hour depending on experience

Memory Care: $15.50 - $19.30 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential

Evenings $1.00

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide residents' services based on service schedules/care plans.

Caregivers Qualifications

• Ability to work weekendsand flexible schedule as we work on a 2-week rotation.
• 1+ year of caregiving (CNA or HHA) experience preferred
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred
