Job summary

The Residence at Dania Beach is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean and safe environments for residents and staff. You will clean resident rooms, common areas and support laundry operations with a focus on detail and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Reliable and able to follow a schedule.
• May require varied work hours as needed.
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry/Housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms with a keen eye for detail.
• Perform housekeeping in common areas of the facility.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working order.
• Handle trash and soiled linens; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work well as part of a team; support safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details
• Perform housekeeping chores in Resident rooms
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to work as a team member
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule
• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested
• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
