Position Summary: A Raines Co. Housekeeper delivers service excellence by creating a welcoming experience and providing helpful and exceptional service. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Clean assigned rooms thoroughly.
• Change linens and make beds.
• Clean bathrooms meticulously.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and dispose of trash.
• Replenish guest amenities and toiletries.
• Load, organize, and store carts properly at shift end.
• Manage keys and assigned rooms responsibly.
• Respond to guest requests and report issues.
• Follow procedures for lost and found items.
• Report repair needs.
• Adhere to safety procedures and handle problems effectively.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while working efficiently.
• Act with integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Provide personalized guest service with passion.

Education & Experience: None required.

Hours: Vary based on hotel needs; must be available on weekends and holidays. Punctuality and proper uniform required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs.
