Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. is seeking a full-time dining/servers role to support meal service for residents.

You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, assist in dining room and catering setup, and ensure high-quality customer service while learning residents’ preferences. The position requires at least two years of serving experience, knowledge of restaurant operations, and a strong focus on sanitation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Always works with and supports other servers and coordinators.
• Responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders in meal service.
• Assists in dining room/catering set up.
• Exhibits positive customer service by engaging with residents/customers and becoming familiar with their preferences.
• Completes entry into all log sheets (e.g., meal counts, dishwasher temperature).
• Records and stocks supplies in service areas, as needed.
• Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time Position (80 hours biweekly).


• Hours: M-F 11:00am-7:30pm, every other weekend, every other holiday required


• Pay: $16.50/hour.

Job Description
