Job summary

Emmetsburg Care Center is seeking a part-time Housekeeper for 7am-3pm to join our friendly team. You will maintain cleanliness and infection control across the facility, ensuring a high standard of care for residents.

Prior housekeeping in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, but we will invest in the right candidate. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 11th grade education.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Attention to cleanliness and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our resident's environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Emmetsburg Care Center by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an eleventh (11th) grade education. Prior Housekeeping experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
