Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Belmond is seeking a part-time housekeeper with optional laundry duties to join our friendly team. You will maintain cleanliness and infection control standards across all resident areas, using housekeeping tools, chemicals, and equipment to ensure a sanitary environment.

• Minimum 11th grade education required.
• Prior housekeeping experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable but on-the-job training is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards across the facility.
• Clean and sanitize all areas and operate housekeeping tools, chemicals, and equipment.
• Perform laundry tasks as needed to support residents and staff.

As a Housekeeper/Laundry you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our resident’s environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Belmond by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an eleventh (11th) grade education. Prior Housekeeping experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
