Job summary

Carlton Senior Living is hiring a Housekeeper in Davis, CA. The position covers daily housekeeping tasks, laundry management, and maintenance of a clean community environment. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 10:30AM-6:00PM. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and resident well‑being in a warm, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping duties including making beds, cleaning resident rooms and bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Manage laundry operations by washing, drying, folding, and returning resident clothing and linens, while maintaining proper sorting and tracking.
• Support overall cleanliness of the community by handling trash disposal, organizing supply rooms, and assisting with special cleaning tasks such as window washing and floor care.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
