Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in Pleasant Hill, CA, is seeking a Housekeeper to join our on-call team. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, manage resident laundry, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community for our residents and their families.

We offer on-site work with flexible on-call hours, a supportive team, and benefits including meal perks and paid time off. No prior experience is required—training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping duties including making beds, cleaning resident rooms and bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Manage laundry operations by washing, drying, folding, and returning resident clothing and linens, while maintaining proper sorting and tracking.
• Support overall cleanliness of the community by handling trash disposal, organizing supply rooms, and assisting with special cleaning tasks such as window washing and floor care.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

What we are hiring for:

Schedule: On Call 7AM-330PM

Pay Range: $16-17.50
