Job summary

ARK Hospitality is seeking a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and performing other duties as assigned in Cordele, Georgia.

The ideal candidate is organized, a team player, and punctual, with at least 1 year of professional housekeeping experience. We offer $12 hourly, performance-based incentives, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional housekeeping experience.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Make beds, do laundry, and iron sheets.
• Restock supplies and report damages.
• Answer guest questions and ensure standards.
• Document rooms cleaned and keep lobby clean.

We’re in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team player, and a highly organized professional.

• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Answer general questions from guests
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive
• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
• At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred
• Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

Compensation

$12 hourly
