Job summary

ARK is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during stays. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas; making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other cleaning duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team player, and highly organized, with prior housekeeper experience preferred. This is an on-site role in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Graduated high school, received G.E.D or equivalent.
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products.

Responsibilities

• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed.
• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies.
• Respond to general inquiries from guests.
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive.
• Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed.

Compensation:

$17.50 - $20 hourly

Qualifications

• Graduated high school, received G.E.D or equivalent
• Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired
