Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care in Collinsville, IL, is seeking a full-time environmental services associate to clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture and common areas.

No experience is required. You may be scheduled for weekends and various shifts. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, disability coverages and a 401(k) with company match.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to work varied schedules and shifts as needed.
• Weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas.
• Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested.
• Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
• Stocks cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Ensures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean.
• Other duties as assigned
