Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook in Peoria, IL is seeking a part-time housekeeping associate to maintain cleanliness of public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors and common areas. The role offers 24 to 29 hours per week with weekends potentially required and hourly pay range of $15.00 to $17.50.

Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas.
• Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested.
• Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
• Stocks cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Ensures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean.
• Other duties as assigned
