Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook, Reflections Memory Care and Villas of South Park in Springfield, IL, are seeking a Resident Aide for full-time day shifts (12 hours, 7a-7p). Hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00, with benefits for full-time staff.

This role supports residents with daily living activities and care needs in a memory care setting. No prior experience is required; a comprehensive training program is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Weekends required

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance to residents with a friendly smile, including assistance with medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and mobility.
• Provide medication supervision and verbal encouragement to residents as needed.
• Handle basic housekeeping and dining room duties as required by the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include providing daily living assistance to our residents with a friendly smile. This may include medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and taking residents to the restroom.
• Duties may include providing medication supervision and verbal encouragement and direct support to our residents.
• The Caregiver responsibilities may also include basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
