Job summary

Leonard Florence Center for Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in Chelsea, MA. This PRN position earns $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience, with an evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents, performing daily housekeeping tasks, and using cleaning products safely in accordance with policies. Candidates should be 18+, with housekeeping or senior living experience preferred, and fluent in

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and waste removal.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to facility policies and manufacturer guidelines.
• Interact with residents in a respectful, courteous, and compassionate manner, supporting their comfort and dignity.
• Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or unusual resident concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Comply with all safety regulations, confidentiality requirements, and community policies.
