Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook is seeking a dedicated cleaner for Charleston, IL. This full-time role (30–40 hours) involves maintaining cleanliness in resident areas, offices, and common spaces.

You will perform window washing, waste disposal, and routine sanitization to support a safe living environment. No experience is required, but you must be able to read instructions and work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas.
• Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested.
• Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
• Stocks cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Ensures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean.
• Other duties as assigned
