Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook, Reflections Memory Care and Villas of South Park in Chatham, IL is seeking a full-time cleaner to maintain clean public areas and resident apartments. The role involves cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors and common areas, with duties including window washing and waste removal.

The position requires strong reading comprehension, ability to work varied shifts (weekends may be required) and reliability for ongoing cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas.
• Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested.
• Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
• Stocks cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Ensures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean.
• Other duties as assigned
