Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Housekeeper to join its team in Austin, TX. You will ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean, sanitary, and sparkling, while delivering high-quality guest service.

The role requires physical stamina and reliability, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and upholding safety standards throughout the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services.
• Completion of cleaning training and certification.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Stand and move quickly for long periods; weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.
• Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart.
• Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion.
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.
• Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart.
• Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion.
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time, with flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
