Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Houseperson for its Austin properties. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting housekeeping operations across hallways, offices, and break areas.

Candidates should show initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to lift and move items as needed, with training completed and certification sign-off upon finishing onboarding. Daily tasks include restocking and ensuring spotless public spaces.

• Ability to use good judgement and critical thinking skills.
• Certification sign-off after completing training.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally, and to move/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests and anticipate/ exceed expectations.
• Clean and restock linen closets, storage rooms with linen and supplies.
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups.
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells.
• Clean offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• A houseperson will provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations

• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups


• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells
