White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring a Hotel Housekeeper and guest room attendant in Louisville, KY.

You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas to premium standards, ensuring a welcoming first impression for guests and maintaining safety throughout the shift. Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred; one year preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong guest focus and customer service skills.
• Reliability, dependability, and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness.
• Motivation and initiative for a fast-paced hotel housekeeping environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally; stand and move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests and exceed expectations in every room.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards.
• Strip dirty linens and trash, make beds, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, restock supplies.
• Restock and organize housekeeping cart for efficient workflow.
• Self-inspect completed rooms and report status to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow safety standards to maintain a safe hotel environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests — anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations in every guest room and suite
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards — ensuring every surface, fixture, and amenity is spotless and guest-ready
• Strip dirty linens and trash, make beds, dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock guest room supplies and amenities
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart to maintain an efficient and professional room attendant workflow
• Self-inspect completed guest rooms and submit accurate room status reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor upon completion
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe hotel environment for guests and associates
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Successful completion of housekeeping training with certification sign-off
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally; ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays as the hotel business needs require
