Primary Duties:

• Perform routine guest room preps and cleanings while meeting labor standards and maintaining public areas.
• Assist guests with amenities, products, and services to enhance their experience and increase revenues.
• Assist with laundry duties and communicate maintenance work orders as needed.
• Follow emergency procedures to ensure safety and security of guests and property.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
