Primary Duties:
  • Perform routine guest room preparations and cleanings, meeting labor standards and maintaining public areas.
  • Assist guests with amenities, products, and services to enhance their experience and revenue.
  • Assist with laundry duties and communicate maintenance needs.
  • Follow emergency procedures and ensure security for guests and property.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements:
  • Climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, twisting.
  • Lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs.
