Job summary

Culligan is seeking a results-driven field salesperson in Miramar, FL to lead in-home water consultations, close deals, and grow the customer base. You will own your territory, work with company-provided leads, and benefit from enhanced commission opportunities as you build a long-term sales career.

This is a high-impact, high-earning field sales role where you control your success. This is afull commission salespositionwith uncapped earnings potential. Estimated annual earnings of $100,000-$130,000+, with top performers exceeding$175,000. What You'll Do

• Take daily ownership of your territory and be accountable for “hunting” for additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads
• Conduct in-home water consultations, assess customer needs, and present customized water treatment solutions that help homeowners improve their water quality.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners while generating new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while tracking activity and providing regular updates to management.

• Minimum one year of sales experience
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
