Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is required or willing to obtain.
• Reliable personal transportation with mileage reimbursement.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage school drop-offs and pickups across multiple schedules.
• Provide backup childcare and light supervision for younger children.
• Prepare backpacks, clothing, snacks, and get kids out the door on time.
• Support morning routines with early start times for school and sports.
• Assist with kid-related errands.
• Perform daily resets to keep common areas tidy and functional.
• Prep the home ahead of weekly cleaning visits.
• Manage closet organization, seasonal clothing swaps, and gear rotation.
• Coordinate donation drop-offs and decluttering.
• Indoor plant care and routine home maintenance tasks.
• Maintain shared calendar with appointments and to-dos.
• Keep family vehicle organized and stocked with essentials.
• Laundry: wash, fold, and organize for all family members.
• Meal support: prep components and toddler-friendly meals.
• Restock pantry and manage shopping errands.
• Pet care: let the family dog out as needed.
• Occasional deep cleans and special projects as needed.
