Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license; mileage reimbursement for home-related driving.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Up-to-date vaccinations per CDC guidelines as applicable.
• Smoke-free environment maintained in the home.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems that adapt to changing needs.
• Coordinate vendors, cleaners, contractors and service providers; act as on-site point of contact.
• Manage family calendar, appointments, and activities for kids.
• Collaborate on weekly meal planning and batch meal prep to ease dinner prep.
• Handle shopping, errands, packing/unpacking for travel, and packing supplies.
• Oversee inventory, restock essentials, and manage household subscriptions.
• Support light childcare during meals and occasional pickups; monitor safety and routines.
