Job summary

Sage-Haus is seeking a Household Manager / Family Assistant to support a busy, tech-forward home north of Atlanta. You will coordinate calendars, travel logistics, and vendor relations while maintaining a warm, discreet presence.

The role emphasizes proactive organization, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced household. Flexible evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Fragrance-free environment; comfortable with this standard.
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
• Passport preferred (or openness to obtaining one).
• Spanish language skills are a meaningful bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personal and household appointments; support calendar management.
• Represent the family professionally in written and verbal communication.
• Coordinate travel logistics for personal and family trips; assist with hybrid work/personal trips as needed.
• Collaborate with other household staff and align across schedules.
• Occasional international travel logistics support; willingness to travel with the family.
• Manage HOA access and coordinate with vendors for events and appearances.
