Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to resident/guest personal hygiene and care needs including grooming, dining, mobility, and safety.
• Organize supplies needed to complete tasks.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing leadership promptly.
• Follow universal precautions, infection control, sanitation and safety standards.
• Participate in care planning and advocate for residents' choices and preferences.
• Maintain clean spaces and assist with residents' laundry.
• Assist with meal preparation and service.
• Document caregiving, activities, and treatments in household records.
• Engage in quality improvement processes to ensure outcomes.
