Sage-Haus is seeking a dedicated House Manager & Family Assistant to support a busy household in Paradise Valley, AZ. The role focuses on daily home resets, meal-prep, and coordinated family logistics, with occasional travel to Oregon and summers in Portland for a few months.

• 20+ years of experience in household management, administrative support, or childcare preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to drive family vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a thorough daily reset of the home, ensuring rooms are organized and guest-ready.
• Coordinate with staff and organizers; manage day-to-day household logistics and tasks.
• Prepare healthy dinners ~5 nights per week; manage grocery shopping and meal planning.
• Provide light childcare and afternoon transitions; support school routines and activities.
• Travel with family to Oregon for approximately three months each summer; arrange housing if needed.
• Oversee errands, shopping, packing, and vendor coordination; maintain confidentiality and boundaries.
