Sage-Haus is seeking a House Manager & Family Assistant in Peoria, IL to support a busy family. The role covers household organization, meal prep, errands, childcare during naps, and general administrative tasks.

The candidate should be proactive, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to wear multiple hats across household operations. The position is part-time (approximately 25–30 hours/week) with a Monday–Friday schedule, potential extensions, and occasional evenings or Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Household Organization & Maintenance: Complete daily resets—tidy rooms, wipe counters, load/unload dishes, vacuum high-traffic areas.
• Create and maintain functional organization systems that evolve with the family's needs.
• Assist with seasonal clothing swaps and organization of children’s clothing as sizes change.
• Meal Prep & Support: Manage groceries, wash and prep produce, plan meals, batch prep ingredients.
• Childcare & Family Support: Provide childcare during nap times and help with snacks and lunches.
• Laundry & Linens: Manage laundry schedule, rotate linens, keep area clean and stocked.
• Vendor & Property Oversight: Research vendors, coordinate contractors, oversee cleaners and outdoor spaces.
