Job summary

Kindred Hospital Rancho is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff, assess patient needs, and organize unit training and guidance. You will plan and supervise nursing care, ensuring services are delivered and properly documented, while maintaining patient records and inventory control.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, valid RN license, BLS, and 2 years of hospital nursing plus 1–2 years leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state RN license.
• Two years of hospital nursing experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• BLS certification.
• Good attendance and fluent English.

Kindred Hospital Rancho is a 55-bed long-term acute care hospital offering the same in-depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. We partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. For those who need special care, we offer an eight-bed ICU and three negative pressure rooms. We are located near downtown Rancho Cucamonga just off of Foothill Boulevard with close proximity to many shops and restaurants.

Job Summary

Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members and participates in guidance and educational programs.

Essential Functions

• Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates designated nursing staff; assigns duties and coordinates nursing services.

Pay Range: $52.32-$63.00/hr.
