Job Summary and Qualifications

Our Administrative Supervisor RNs provide clinical expertise and high-quality, compassionate care. They represent Hospital and Nursing Administration in their absence, supporting the department’s mission, vision, and values.

The House Supervisor advocates for and supports nursing staff’s primary commitment to protect the health, safety, and rights of individuals, families, and communities.

We are a dedicated team supporting each other and seek a passionate addition who values patient care as much as we do.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate patient transfers according to policy and procedures.
  • Maintain performance standards related to each department, prioritizing patient safety.
  • Exercise management skills in conflict resolution involving staff, physicians, or patients.
  • Exercise independent judgment within interdisciplinary patient care.
  • Hold clinical responsibility for patient care departments during a specific shift.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
  • Current RN license in the practice state(s) or active compact license.
  • BLS certification.
  • At least two years of clinical nursing experience.
  • One year of supervisory or charge nurse experience.
