Qualifications

• ASN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current New Mexico State Registered Nurse license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care leadership to promote safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Organize and manage shifts for optimal resource utilization.
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for patient care delivery which promotes safety and well-being of all patients within the system
• Demonstrates sound financial use of medical supplies to minimize financial costs to patients.
• Works collaboratively with physicians/nursing staff to ensure that quality and competent care is rendered in all phases of patient care within the units.
• Facilitates shift organization and management to achieve optimal patient appropriate resource utilization.
• Must be flexible with work scheduling
• Manages conflict with effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Builds customer loyalty among physicians, employees and the community.
  
• Any other tasks as deemed necessary for the hospital

Requirements:

• ASN Degree
• BSN preferred
• Current NM State Registered Nursing License
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS
• Previous Supervisory experience preferred
• 1-3 years Clinical experience
