Job summary

Bedford Hills Center in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to serve as House Supervisor, providing clinical leadership and operational oversight during assigned shifts.

You will support nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and act as the clinical leader during off-hours, weekends, and designated shifts, coordinating admissions, transfers, and care plans. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus prior supervisory or long-term care experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and support staff while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
