You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe, supportive environment. Valid NH LPN license, strong clinical skills, and compassionate care are required; experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On Call Rotation Every 14 Weeks.

• Monitor and document patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Educate residents and families about health management and care plans.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Compensation: May Earn Up to $47.40 an Hour Based on Shift and Experience!

• Full Time Day Shift and Per Diem Night Shift; 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M

Sign On Bonus - Full Time $6,500, Part Time $3,250
