The ideal candidate holds an RN license with BLS/ACLS, has at least 3 years hospital nursing experience, and demonstrates strong leadership and decision‑making under pressure. BSN and 5 years experience are preferred.

Role Overview: This position combines leadership and clinical expertise as a House Supervisor and Float Pool RN. You will serve as the hospital’s on-site clinical and administrative leader during various shifts, ensuring smooth operations, coordinating staffing, managing patient flow, and responding to urgent events. Additionally, you will provide high-quality nursing care across different units, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and adapting to diverse patient needs.

• Strong leadership, critical thinking, communication, and decision‑making skills, especially under pressure.
