The ideal candidate holds an RN license with BLS/ACLS, has at least 3 years hospital nursing experience, and demonstrates strong leadership and decision‑making under pressure. BSN and 5 years experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with at least 3 years hospital nursing experience.
• Current RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred: BSN and 5 years of nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, communication, and decision‑making in high‑pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital-wide operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate staffing, patient throughput, and respond to emergencies.
• Mentor staff and provide clinical judgment and problem‑solving support.
• Deliver direct nursing care, assessing and adjusting to patient and unit requirements.
