Emerson College in Boston seeks a part-time House Supervisor to support front-of-house operations across six venues. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you will rotate with other part-time supervisors to ensure guest safety, comfort, and exceptional service during events.

Responsibilities include training and supervising ushers, coordinating evacuations, assisting concessionaires, handling merchandise and cash settlements, and maintaining professionalism during nights and weekends.

• Five years of customer service experience.

Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, this position works on a rotating schedule with other part-time House Supervisors to manage a variety of events across the Emerson College Office of the Arts’ 6 performance venues, and requires frequent nights and weekends.
