Baptist Health in Corbin, KY is seeking a House Patient Care Coordinator for the 3rd shift to oversee hospital operations and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The role coordinates staffing, patient flow, bed utilization, admissions, transfers, and discharges, and serves as a clinical nursing resource able to lead during codes and emergencies while addressing concerns of patients, families, staff, and physicians.

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN license in Kentucky required.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Required certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NIHSS, 12-Lead ECG, Nurse Wound Care, Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia.
• Avade Training within designated post-hire timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Provides hospital-wide clinical and administrative support during assigned shifts.
• Coaches and supports staff while promoting compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Coordinates staffing, patient flow, bed utilization, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
