Job summary

ICL seeks a House Manager to oversee day‑to‑day facility operations and act in the Director's absence. You will supervise staff, ensure timekeeping compliance, and uphold safety standards.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 4+ years in human services, and preferred supervisory experience. Schedule is 4:00pm–12:30am on Saturday to Wednesday, with onsite work and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 4 years of human services experience (with HS diploma/GED).
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise personnel including scheduling, evaluations, disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies.
• Conduct staff trainings and promote positive morale.
• Manage audits, corrective actions, and documentation reviews.
• Oversee property safety, inspections, and equipment accountability.
• May conduct intakes, inspections, and host visitors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
