Job summary

ICL is seeking a House Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations in New York, with responsibility during the Director’s absence. The role requires leading a team, ensuring attendance compliance, and maintaining safety standards.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and on-site work, with evening hours from 4:00pm to 12:30am, Tuesday through Saturday, in a role that supports program operations and guest services.

Qualifications

• 4 years of human services experience (with HS diploma/GED).
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• College credits may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience (1 year college = 1 year experience).
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise personnel including scheduling, evaluations, disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies.
• Conduct staff trainings and promote positive morale.
• Manage audits, corrective actions, and documentation reviews.
• Oversee property safety, inspections, and equipment accountability.
• May conduct intakes, inspections, and host visitors.
