Heading Home in Boston, MA is seeking a Full-Time, hourly House Manager to run the Shelter program under the supervision of the Program Manager. The role emphasizes resident support and enforcement of house rules.

The Full-Time House Manager runs the Shelter program under the supervision of the Program Manager/Coordinator. House Managers are responsible for ensuring that the house runs smoothly according to the program guidelines and structure. They are available to the residents for support, and are responsible for enforcing all of the rules and policies of the house.
