Job summary

The Arc Western Montana seeks a hands-on House Manager for our Spurgin Group Home in Missoula. You will lead a small team to support five residents with diverse needs, providing daily living assistance, coordinating healthcare, and maintaining accurate records.

A structured, compassionate approach helps residents live active, meaningful lives. We offer paid training, a stable Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of driving experience with an insurer-acceptable record.
• Caregiving, healthcare, developmental disability, behavioral support or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate medical needs and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Strong boundaries, clear communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with daily living needs.
• Coordinate medical appointments, medications and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate medical, behavioral and program documentation.
• Support and train Direct Support Professionals.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ensure a safe, welcoming home.
• Organize outings and activities for residents and manage household errands.
