Qualifications

• Degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field.
• Understanding of Kansas DCF rules and regulations.
• Ability to lead staff, mentor youth, and maintain professional boundaries.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependability, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance; background checks completed.

Responsibilities

House Manager / Case Coordinator

Full-Time | Starting at $24 per hour

LIF, Inc. is seeking a dependable, compassionate leader to serve as a House Manager / Case Coordinator in our residential program for teenage boys. This combined role includes leading house staff, overseeing daily operations, mentoring youth, and coordinating resident care.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, sets clear expectations, follows through on responsibilities, and upholds the standards of LIF, Inc.

Work Schedule

• Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday: 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 6:00 a.m.–noon

Key Responsibilities
