Job Summary:

The Director of House Maintenance is a department head responsible for overall building maintenance and upkeep to ensure clean and safe club operations. They are responsible for maintaining a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance, ongoing improvements, and compliance with schedules and deadlines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the House Maintenance and Housekeeping teams by hiring, training, and developing staff, including ensuring the safe use and maintenance of club mechanical equipment and tools.
2. Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings, special projects, and related areas.
3. Maintain costs within budget and communicate issues or potential larger capital projects to management promptly.

About You:

• Technical experience or certifications preferred in HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance, electrical, etc.
• Proven experience in rotational maintenance skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of expense control related to payroll and budgeting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Compensation Package:
