A luxury hotel in West Hollywood is seeking a part-time AM House Attendant responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly hotel environment. The role involves assisting room attendants, managing guest requests, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness. Qualifications

Job Summary

The AM House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner, contributing to a pleasant guest experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Consistently check and replenish; maintain the organization, visual appeal, cleanliness, and sanitation of assigned areas.
  • Ensure clear, concise, efficient, and appropriate communication at all times with Room Attendants, House Attendants, Supervisors, Dispatcher, and management.
  • Assist Room Attendants with moving and rearranging furniture, removing guest room linen, trash removal, and cleaning balconies and patios.
  • Prepare, deliver, and collect guest request items – coffee/tea setup, rollaway beds, baby cribs, household items, amenities, etc.
  • Clean carpets and upholstery using the proper equipment and following cleaning procedures.
  • Receive and properly store cleaning supply, guest supply, and linen deliveries from the loading dock.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of hotel events.
  • Must be able to cross‑train in other Housekeeping and Laundry related areas.
  • Is dependable and demonstrates an outstanding attendance record and is punctual.
  • Displays high level of professional integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Maintain calmness and composure under high levels of pressure.
  • Adapt to frequent change, fast‑paced environment, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Pay close attention to details.
  • Ability to multitask and use time efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Must have flexible work availability – all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds (carts).
Job Type and Compensation
