Job summary

The Lowline Hotel is seeking a dedicated House Attendant to maintain lobby areas, support guest services, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. You will help keep public spaces clean, set up meeting rooms, and assist with lobby functions.

Applicants should be detail-oriented, able to work independently or with a team, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license is required if driving the shuttle van.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving shuttle van).
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the appearance of the hotel’s public areas, including lobbies, meeting rooms, and other designated spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning of assigned areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including coffee service and nightly concierge events.
• Prepare and arrange meeting room functions according to specifications.
• Deliver service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk.
• Drive shuttle van as needed to transport guests or staff (property-specific requirement).
• Ensure all public spaces are tidy, organized, and inviting for guests and visitors.
