Job Title: House Attendant

Reports to: Housekeeping Manager

Compensation: $15-18/hour based on experience

Location: Trailborn Surf & Sound, 275 Waynick Blvd, Wrightsville Beach, NC 28480

Job Summary: Our Housekeeping Team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire resort with precise attention to detail. Room Attendants work diligently to clean all guest rooms on a daily basis within a specific deadline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent and consistent cleaning service to all guests during the shift.
• Promptly assist Room Attendants in preparing guest rooms for cleaning by removing used linen, towels, and trash, and delivering clean products needed to complete the room.
• Maintain good time management and always complete tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure all linen and supply closets are stocked, organized, and clean.
• Keep public spaces and hallways clean and free of trash and linen.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Recognize and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate team member.
• Assist guests with questions and requests, being aware of events and activities at the resort.

Requirements:

• Ability to accurately and efficiently report information.
• Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance and work environment.
• Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift, reach, kneel, and/or bend for up to eight hours a day.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of cleaning experience; experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
