Your Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests courteously and friendly.
• Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks accordingly.
• Collect trash from service landings and dispose of it properly.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
• Transport linen to and from laundry areas.
• Deliver clean linen to designated sections.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests.
• Fill in as a room attendant during staffing shortages or peak times.
• Focus on increasing guest satisfaction scores.
• Follow sustainability practices aligned with HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

Work Environment

• Work schedule may vary and include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
