Compensation Type: Hourly

Location: Homewood Suites Manchester, 1000 Perimeter Rd, Manchester, NH 03103

Overview: The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas and delivering items to guestrooms. Hours are Friday and Saturday (7am-3pm), with flexibility to learn breakfast shifts.

Responsibilities:

1. Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
2. Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as needed.
3. Assist with luggage in a friendly, efficient manner.
4. Handle Lost and Found items per hotel standards.
5. Clean guestrooms as needed.
6. Know emergency procedures and maintain equipment.
7. Complete special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
8. Ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in a friendly, courteous manner.
